ENERGIZING MATCHA + ADAPTOGEN BITES

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cashews

  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder 

  • 2 teaspoons ashwagandha powder

  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions:

  1. Add cashews to a food processor and pulse until finely ground, but not powdery.

  2. Add honey, vanilla, ginger, matcha powder, ashwagandha, hemp hearts, chia seeds, and sea salt. Blend until sticky and well combined.

  3. Scoop mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.


Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
