So I followed my gut; my intuition. I began researching, experimenting and peeling back the layers of my own health story. Over the past five years, I have immersed myself in the world of root-cause healing, navigating through different protocols, testing supplements, and learning what truly works by living it.
I’ve studied and tried many emerging wellness trends, but I’ve also returned to the basics, reconnecting with nature, simplifying, and rediscovering what it means to support my body as a whole.
